Parramatta Jiu-Jitsu Academy offers a premium training environment designed for both performance and comfort.
Our main mat area spans 180m², complemented by a second 100m² mat space — both fitted with Olympic-standard tatami mats to ensure maximum safety and performance.
Beyond the mats, our functional training area is fully equipped to support strength and conditioning needs, featuring:
Power racks and Olympic bars
A complete set of kettlebells
Battle ropes, sandbags, and slam balls
Whether you’re honing your skills on the mats or building strength off them, our facilities give you the tools to train at your best.
At Parramatta Jiu Jitsu Academy we have a solid weekly schedule. Here’s how it breaks down:
For the Lunchtime Crowd: On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, we have a “Lunch Express” class from 12:30 PM to 1:15 PM, followed by an hour of live sparring 2:15 PM if you wish to stay.
For Kids & Teens: There are classes for them every weekday afternoon. So bring them down to burn off the extra energy.
For Evening Training: On Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings, you have the choice of a ‘Gi’ class, which is in the traditional uniform, or a ‘No-Gi’ class, which is in shorts and a rashguard. We also have Womens only classes available.
For Practice: We also have frequent ‘Open Mat’ times, which are basically practice sessions where members can spar and drill techniques freely.”
